Project description

Area

3220 sq.m.

Both our client and We were lucky with this plot - the backyard is dominated by a mixed forest with rich undergrowth. Instead of radically transforming the vast territory, we limited ourselves to just the area around the house. We allocated the front part of the garden, subordinating it to their rules, and not far from it they laid out a vegetable garden, in which there was a place for bright garden flowers, edible herbs and fruit and berry plants.

From the spacious terrace at the back of the house, we created a gentle transition from a man-made landscape to a forest one in order to contemplate nature and its natural beauty, without embellishments and cosmetics. Along the house, to create a more private environment and isolate ourselves from the neighbors, we used chaotic planting of trees and ornamental shrubs, while everywhere we added ferns, sedges of various species and forest flowers. We thought over the seasonal decorative effect and collected plants in picturesque compositions.

We tried to ensure that the panoramic windows of all rooms had their own special and unique view, the garden outside looked attractive and diverse, and the forest beckoned with its depth, luring us to go on a mini expedition in search of new plants that our nature is so rich in.
