As human beings, we will always experience difficulties, failures or psychological stresses that are too much for us to handle at the moment.
It takes a lot of courage, strength and perseverance to face our own internal struggles and even to break through our own difficulties.
However, if you are able to break through your own struggles, you will be able to see things differently, and those struggles will become the nourishment and strength that will drive you to grow and help others.
